1、 Product Overview

Double card sleeve joint is a mechanical sealing component used for metal pipeline connection, which achieves reliable connection without welding through a double-layer card sleeve structure (front card sleeve cuts into the pipe wall, rear card sleeve provides elastic support). Its design focuses on high pressure resistance and leakage prevention, and is suitable for hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation pipeline systems, with a working pressure range of 0.5-40MPa.

2、 Core Structure and Characteristics

The front sleeve (made of hard material such as 304 stainless steel) of the sealing mechanism cuts into the pipe wall to form a metal seal, and the rear sleeve (made of elastic material such as copper alloy) compensates for the deformation of the pipe;

Static sealing performance ≤ 1 × 10 ⁻⁷ Pa · m ³/s (helium leak detection standard), dynamic vibration test ≥ 5 million times without leakage.

Adaptability performance supports pipes made of stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, and other materials with outer diameters ranging from 4 to 42mm;

Rotatable design (± 15 °) for easy adjustment of pipeline angles.

Easy installation: sealing can be completed with a single tightening (torque values refer to ISO 8434-1 standard);

Maintenance friendly: Even after disassembly and repeated use 3-5 times, the sealing can still be maintained.

4、 Selection and installation points

Pipeline treatment: The incision should be flat and free of burrs (roughness Ra ≤ 3.2 μ m), and the insertion depth should be clearly marked;

Tightening specification: Pre tighten in two stages (first pre fix with 1/3 torque, then lock with full torque).
